He is a summa cum laude graduate of Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business and Tulane Law School.
Charles Carr has been in private practice for more than 20 years, and has worked in technology, real estate, health care and energy firms. Charles Carr assists telecom companies and others with agent agreements, wholesale contracts, transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He is a graduate of the University of Houston School of Law and the University of California – Berkeley.
